I've been training professionally for 10 years, working with loving dog parents just like you to help them with their fearful and reactive dogs. 

I have a PhD in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology, a Certificate in Training & Counseling from Jean Donaldson's Academy for Dog Trainers, and I'm currently pursing a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.  We're never done learning!
