Stop doing this if your dog is afraid of walks

You've been trying to gently introduce your fearful dog to walks. You're using treats, and encouragement, and they don't seem to be getting better. What's going on? 

With extremely anxious or sensitive dogs, even the most careful attempts to expand their world can backfire. Even treats can stress them out, when not used in just the right way.
